The User Office is the first point of contact to ANKA for all current and prospective users.
We can provide information on:

• An overview of how to apply for beamtime
• What facilities are available when you arrive
• What you need to do before you arrive

The central tool to organize the access to ANKA is SMIS ANKA. At the SMIS ANKA you will find a number of web applications which will help you to:

• Submit your new Proposals/Experiments (applications for beam time) to ANKA
• Check the status of your previous Proposals/Experiments
• Submit "Form Arrival" to specify details of experiment and make bookings for your stay
• Submit and consult Experimental Reports
• Manage your publications
